This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from WarehouseMart.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns and refunds for bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
